6pm    Lazy Mike and Carson Mallon - from Nanaimo, what better for a veteran blues harmonica player than to have his off spring grab up the electric blues guitar with the same vengeance for the blue genre and then form a duo

7pm   Renovation Blues Band - from Nanaimo and Duncan, they have performed every year of the 39 Days of July cause they is here to rock the electric blues in a fine fashion and with available standards and a some great originals they do a fantastic job.

5pm   Eric’s Basement - three young guys that are having fun experimenting with their love of old rock, aka Doors/Led Zepplin /Cream, into well crafted original rock  tunes

They have released eight solo albums spanning folk, indie rock and electronic genres over the past twelve years and have toured across Canada and internationally. Rae was the subject and composer of the score for the National Film Board–produced musical-documentary My Prairie Home, which premiered at Sundance Film Festival in 2014. They have been nominated for two Polaris Prizes, a Lambda Literary Award, a Western Canadian Music Award, a CBC Radio 3 Bucky Award and a MOTHA Transgender Musician of the Year Award.

Noon    Steve McKinnon Trio - not only does Steve write country tunes but he has good collection of fave traditional country standards that will engage you

1pm   Joe Charron - country/folk from a guy who has been acknowledged nationally for his ability to write good songs from the heart with present day histories in mind

2pm    Ryan McMahon - from Ladysmith, a family man touring the country where writing from your own personal experiences /observations can catch you success – acoustic guitar and strong vocals, he delivers his roots folk/country with an honest approach that wins him audiences every time

3pm Michelle Edwardson - a recent move from Nanaimo to the valley has been our blessing as she brings her style of singer/songwriter observations to the table.

4pm   Bijoux du Bayou - let’s get some swamp/zydeco/roots rock in our system and chances are we will all dance -this band returns to shake our legs

Noon  Duncan Has Talent - all the contestants did get up and perform in front of strangers so we is giving those that want that chance one more time of performing at the festival to get that chance

1pm  Duncan Has Talent winners – showcasing some of the best of this event

1:30pm  Malakai - already been on stage numerous times at the Duncan Showroom, this 9 year old will impress you

2pm  Carl Swanson - a student 16 year old at Shawnigan Lake School, we were impressed with his abilities and stage presence at a recent Showroom showcase

2:30pm  MacKinley Bourne - met her on the same nite as Carl and again very impressed with her capabilities to convey a song lots of originals although she can nail the standards quite well

3pm  Not Yet - they started out as a band from the Duncan Music Rock Band  lessons and are catching some ground enough that we wanted you to hear them live

3:30pm  Season 2 - a change up in a local young  band creates a new name and singer and with lots of rehearsals going on I suspect they will be stoked to perform

4pm   Jared Popma -  an acoustic singer and guitar player utilizes technology to enhance his deliveries of traditional tunage and a few of his songs

4:30pm   Eric’s Basement - a three piece rock band that knows the classic feel and brings it into the now – they have performed at this festival for 3 years now

5pm  James Meyer - a young man destined for stage we know he will give a well balanced performance with whoever he brings along-

5:30pm   Porter Brothers -  young, local farm boys that write their own music, play a few fave covers and perform to make sure you have a good time- we believe in these guys

4pm   Ava Wild - she hails from Regina, Saskatchewan and is creating some great press with her dynamic delivery of her well crafted songs (her proud Grandma owns ‘the original Udder Guys Ice Cream’ in Cow Bay)

3pm   Dublin2 - Terry Boyle with Martin Nolan, an uilleann piper just over from Dublin play Celtic tunes and some original Celtic songs

4pm   Blu Hopkins - roots/blues acoustic music husband/wife duo from up the Okanagan way comes for to visit

5pm   Juniper - harp, guitar and lilting vocals have  a classical feel and when outdoors in the park it will be even more divine

6pm   Bopoma - commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Community Farm Store requires dancing to marimba and Bopama provides this service oh so well

7pm   Bopoma - marimba is for dancers and for over a hour and half this evening will be in bliss

Blues on Tuesdays, 5 - 8pm


5pm   Mark Crissinger – a Maple Blues Award nominee whether solo or with a band, his blues writing/delivery works

6pm   Blue Hearts - Uncle Wiggley front man has a duo, and it is about the blues

7pm   Terry Robb - a Canadian fingerstyle guitarist , composer, arranger and record producer living in the United States, plays electric and acoustic guitar, and is associated with the American Primitive Guitar genre through his collaboration with steel string guitarist John Fahey ... a member of the Oregon Music Hall of Fame and Cascade Blues Association Hall of Fame, honored with the eponymous "Terry Robb" Muddy Award for Best Acoustic Guitar in 2011,  his original compositions draw on the Delta blues, ragtime and jazz traditions
