Noon Brass, Wind & Rhythm – 14 piece community swing band to start off the day, ya, that’s the way to do it
1pm Harmonica Band - people from the valley get together to form the harmonica band so as to bring smiles to your faces and theirs
2pm Ukelele Orchestra - more people in the valley enjoying music by performing, this time on ukuleles
3pm K-Tones - from Saltspring Island , exploring flute with keyboards while performing to their self-created backing tracks, quite interesting
4pm Steluta -Romanian for “little star”, plays an absolute constellation of musical styles! From Romany songs to lively Greek and Eastern European folk dances, interspersed with a bit of Irish as well as distinctive original tunes and occasionally “classical” ones, this acoustic quartet from Victoria shines brightly
5pm Marianne Grittani / Rose Birney- guitar/mandolin/vocals -well-crafted songs are filled with intelligence and soul, embracing common themes like love, loss, home, road adventures, and hopes for humanity—all in a way uniquely their own.
6pm The Ecclestons - known for their infectious humour, joyfulness and harmony, this Victoria based band has a massive Celtic and Canadian repertoire with all three players being excellent songwriters
7pm Daniel Cook and the Radiators Victoria’s roots- country island rock has a slight pop feeling, their original approach to songwriting helps us appreciate life just a bit better-their deeply rooted West Coast sound is an eclectic blend of folk, funk and country roots music.
