Noon - Ukes Misbehavin - Bryan/Freda/Clayton givin’ the ukulele some long overdue workout and praise in a jazzy styling today.

1:00 PM - Iain Duncan

2:00 PM - Tim Johnson Quartet - A small jazz ensemble from Pender Island, BC. Tim Johnson on guitar, Charlie Knowles on bass, Dan Weeks on drums and Joe Hatherill on alto saxophone play original jazz music and a range of standards in various jazz modes including bebop, hard bop, swing, funk, Latin and blues.

3:00 PM - Jan Sterling Trio – Jazz pianist from Victoria, supplies us with a solid trio with Jeremy Sagar on bass and James McRae on drums to take us on her particularly marvelous musical journeys.

4:00 PM - Frederika Ionescu Quintet - Frederika started her music career as a classical pianist and violinist but soon realized that her dream was to become a jazz singer. Gathering together some of the Island’s best musicians this quintet will take the audience on a journey that ranges from jazz standards to modern jazz compositions and some of Frederika’s original music.

5:00 PM - Ashley Wey Trio - A multi award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter and pianist she brings along bassist Louis Rudner and drummer Nicholas Bracewell to take us on her magical musical journey- Ashley lights up the stage with her bright smile, charming charisma, and magnificent sounds that open minds and reach hearts. 6:00 PM - Lady O and the Omen - Jazz trio featuring the Cowichan Valley’s own Lady O on stand up bass and marvelous vocals, Nico Rhodes on keys and James McRae on drums – ahhh, a Sunday in the park.

7:00 PM - Wayne Kozak Jazz Fusion – Sax player extraordinaire Wayne is a true musical gem and we could figure no one else than he and his gathered band of quality island players to finish off our Jazz in the Park on this Sunday evening.
